  1.  call to place order !!!!

  2. we do not have stocked shelters  , all units are built to order.

  3. Price depends on location, size and install requirements.

  4. Must pay deposit to order.  no exceptions.

  5. Seller may cancel agreement of sale due to unforeseen(s).

  6. $500+ service charge if installation is beyond basic agreement. 

  7. Steel and materials prices are subject to change , call 870-530-2831 for up to date pricing. Prices will not be listed.

  8. We are NOT accepting underground shelters orders at this time.

  9. You are responsible for requesting order forms.
